It also forced me to be more vulnerable and honest with myself, which is never a bad thing. Would I recommend it to a friend? Absolutely. But with a caveat: do your research, find a therapist who’s a good fit for you, and be prepared for a few technological hiccups along the way. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
